Welcome!
After dropping off my dry cleaning the other
day, I noticed something interesting about the cars
in the parking lot. Cars were either parked at the far
end of the lot or right in front two of the
businesses. With the cleaners being the only
business open, these cars belong to the employees
of those businesses.
What does it say about a business when employees
take the all of the most convenient parking spaces?
If a business and its employees are not putting their
customers first just outside their doors, why should
we expect the business will care about and service
its customers well once they are inside?
This month, we ask the question about your web
site. How well do you treat customers, clients, and
prospects as they arrive at your online front door?
Also in this issue, we link to the results of last
month's Home Computer Backup Survey.
As always, we look forward to your
feedback, comments, and topic suggestions.
If you know somebody that might benefit from
Strategic Technology Horizons,
please forward this issue.
Best Regards,
Allen
